I'm somewhere around the 45/50mins mark too I think, in a navy apoc using mega pulse. Not counting the bonus pocket and not bothering with the turrets. CNR will be fastest, and certainly the easiest way to get fast time, but turrets aren't hopeless.

Haven't tested this, but I regulary hear that running lvl 2 or 3 courier missions is the fastest way to get standing up, since they are usually quicker than combat missions.

I have 9.8 standing with Amarr, 9.9 standing with the corporation I run missions for and 10.0 with my Q17 agent. I still get plenty of the easier missions.

The Jakri system, gate to Garisas. Info I have is that you need 9.2 for frigates bpc, 9.5 for cruiser bpc and 9.8 for battleship bpc though.
